Rigid Substrates
Signs printed on Rigid Substrates are ideal for indoor or outdoor use and are versatile, durable, and portable. Coroplast signs that are made of corrugated plastic, can be used year round, are resistant to water, easy to clean, and light-weight. Much to the same effect, Foamcore provides a smoother finished surface and is made of biodegradable, paper-faced foam board and are an excellent environmentally responsible solution to your signage needs. Other options include stocks such as Styrene, falcon board, E-flute board, and cardstock board.
Coroplast
Coroplast is generally the most common sign material used due to it beng inexpensive, light weight, and durable. Suitable for temporary or permanent use, typical applications include Real Estate, Election Signs, and Golf Tournaments.
Foamcore
Foamcore signs are great for almost any indoor application. These signs will be delicate and can tear or break if not handled properly so they are not ideal for outdoor use but are excellent for presentations, school projects, informational signage, and exhibits.
Styrene
Styrene is a lightweight, durable substrate made from expanded plastic. It is easily transported and installed and provides a matte finish with high aesthetic appeal. It is a great option for indoor use such as tradeshows.
Falcon Board
Falcon Board is a graphic display board made form reuseable and 100% recyclable kraft honeycomb material. This is an environmentally friendly alternative that consists of a natural kraft core with clay coated or natural liner board facings.
E-Flute Board
E-Flute corrugated board provides a high quality print surface that shows minimal flute lines or washboardings and offers excellent crush resistance. Most commonly used for smaller cartons and die cut applications.
